The always shaded, colonial style terrace, equipped with 2 hammocks, located at the back of the garden is a perfect place for siesta. The soothing sound of water cascading down the stones provides a completely relaxing atmosphere. The interior of the house provides equal comfort, with fans in each room and two interior gardens that always bring a fresh breeze of air, something essential in a tropical climate. The three spacious bedrooms have large windows, a very unusual feature, rarely found in colonial houses. The last bedroom has a remote controlled air conditioning unit. Every bedroom has its own large bathroom equipped with a shower.
